I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now, and i dunno if im being paranoid or not, but the color of the skin on my face seems parched?

and for those who want to know, I’m also using a moisturizer by neutrogena.

so today i just got the neutrogena oil- free wash(in orange bottle) and the anti- acne moisturizer. so how do i use it? like don’t i put on the wash on first and then the moisturizer. and also it says that for the wash that i wet my face and then i get the wash and then i get the watter again. so what does that mean?
