What is the best face moisturizer for a 33 year old woman?

Author: I have combination/dry skin, breakout sometimes, and recently noticed a line on my forehead. http://astore.amazon.com/saenwkvun-20 I would like to start a routine but I need help with a good moisturizer day/night, face wash, and toner, mask, and scrub. I have tried many drugstore products (olay, neutrogena) but did not react well with my skin. Please help.

I suggest baby lotion or aveeno and using a spf 15 lotion (avon) in the day.
